6.1. Scholarship: Reduction of the participation fees for students in EU countries, Georgia, Turkey and Albania

 

Do you live / study in EU countries, Georgia, Turkey or Albania? Then you can apply for our scholarship.

 

Particularly talented students as well as students with limited financial possibilities will be supported by our scholarship. The following documents must be submitted with the application form:

 

a) Recommendation letter from your teacher

    and / or

b) Proof of your financial situation

 

Absolute Application Deadline: January 8, 2018

 

6.2. Special Scholarship: Reduction of the participation fees for particularly talented young singers under the age of 26 years old in EU countries

 

Do you live / study in EU countries and are you younger than 26? Then you can apply for our special scholarship.

 

Particularly talented young singers under the age of 26 years old in EU countries will be supported by our special scholarship. The following documents must be submitted with the application form:

 

a) Recommendation letter from your teacher

    and / or

b) Recording video (for example YouTube)

 

Absolute Application Deadline: January 8, 2018

 

 

Important NOTE

Only a limited number of scholarships is available. Applications will be processed in order of arrival.

Withdrawal

The registration fee is non-refundable.

If written notification of cancellation is submitted 21 days before the start of the course, the remaining amount (participation fee) will be reimbursed. All transaction charges will be deducted. During the period 20 days to 7 days prior to the start of the course 50 % will be refunded.

If cancellation occurs after the deadline above, the participation fees will only be reimbursed in proven cases of force majeure (e.g. in particular if the participant is ill or has an accident). In such cases, the cancellation shall be notified to the academy at the latest 2 days before the start of the course. If cancellation occurs after that, even in the case of force majeure the full participation fee will be retained.

Granting of rights

All events of the Munich International Music Academy can be recorded by the Akademie der Musik Deutschland. The Akademie der Musik Deutschland reserves the right to take pictures at the Munich International Music Academy. These pictures can be used for promotion purposes by the Akademie der Musik Deutschland. If a documentary is made of the Munich International Music Academy, all participants agree to take part in this documentary and to transfer all rights concerning this production to the Akademie der Musik Deutschland. Participants have no claim to additional reimbursement.
